dc.description.abstract | 本文之討論乃著重於鈦酸鋇基之Z5U陶瓷電容器製程之研究為主,其實驗 之製程參數包含了:煆燒時間、壓片壓力、鎂添加量、燒結溫度、持溫時 間及退火時間等。根據上述製程之改變所獲得最佳試片,經量測後具有下 列之性質:平均粒徑為3.493.mu.m、密度為5.79g/cubic centimeter、介 電常數為7993 .8、損耗因子為0.04、居禮溫度為25.degree.C及絕緣電阻 率為2.0447E+1 1.OMEGA.-cm。 The main goal of this study is to develop the processing od for producing barium titanate based Z5U ceramic capacitor. The parameters of processing include: calcining time, pressing pressure, magnesium content, sintering temperature and time ann- ealing time. Through optimizing the processing. The best properties of the sample can be obtained as follows: average grain size is 3.49 3 .mu.m, density 5.79 g/cubic centimeter, dielectric constant 799 3.8, dissipation factor 0.04, Curie temperature 25 .degree.C, and insulating resistivity 2.0447E+11 .OMEGA.-cm. | zh_TW |
