合作競局內能力集擴展模式之研究

Abstract

傳統的合作競局只考慮在現在能力下可選擇的方案，而未討論因合作產生的新策略與資源能力的改變。本研究針對此項缺失提出一群體能力集擴展模式，此模式結合合作競局與能力集擴展模式，透過全體競局成員能力集的共同擴展及資源的互惠，將潛在策略也列入模式之中，以實現更多的利益。此模式之優點為：(1)可找出競局的最佳合作策略。(2)將目前不能實行的潛在策略納入考量。(3)可求得各成員在最佳合作策略下的能力集擴展路徑。

Traditional cooperative game considers only the original strategie those was doable by individual participator, but ignore the discussion of the new strategic that was produce by cooperation and the change of resource and competence. The research proposes a model of group competence set expansion to improve this fault; it merges cooperation game and competence set expansion soncept in order to include potential strategic and reach the benefit more. This model proposed here have the following advantages: (1) It can find the optimal the strategic combination of the game. (2)It consider the potential strategic. (3)It can find the optimal path of compoetence set expansion of each participator.
