摘要: 緊急訂單係指即時之顧客需求,此種需求無法事先預測而得。緊急訂單應 否承接是台灣工業界常見的問題,但是在學術文獻上一直沒有系統性的方 法可以評估承接緊急訂單所需付出的代價。決策階層往往依據主觀的經驗 判斷,造成工廠生產計劃經常修改及生產線混亂等現象。本論文首先提出 一單目標成本模式,利用混合整數規劃的方法,可計算出因承接緊急訂單 ,造成生產計劃變動,生產系統所需付出的額外成本。接著提出一多目標 規劃模式,此模式可計算出不同生產策略下,承接緊急訂單所需付出之代 價,提供更多資訊予決策者,作為判斷是否承接緊急訂單之參考。 Rush order are immediate customer demands which exceed the expectation of the currently effective MPS (master production schedule). Even though such orders are quite common to companies in a dynamic market, most existing studies published in relevant literature seldom discuss the economical justification of accepting such an order. This thesis proposes two mixed integer programming models for giving the economical justification of accepting rush order. The first one is a single objective model which is essentially developed for a make-to-stock production system. This model can compute the extra cost of accepting the production of a rush order. The second one is a multiple objectives model for a ake-to-order production system. This model is an extension of the first one, which could give the needed cost estimation under various combination of production strategies. The computed cost value could serve as a valuable reference for justifying the economics of accepting a rush order, and help determine its pricing strategy.
