摘要: 交期若能準確的設定,將能更準時的交貨及減少在製品存貨。在過去有關 交期設定的研究多將重點放在流動時間的估計或探討交期設定與派工法則 之交互作用關係,對於交期設定和其它生產控制功能之間的關係則未見探 討。由於投料控制對於訂單之流動時間有著顯著之影響,所以本文所發展 之交期設定模式將結合投料控制與流動時間估計兩項功能來設定交期。新 訂單到達時即根據投料控制策略給予此訂單一計劃投料日,再預測系統在 計劃投料日時之各種情況來估計流動時間,計劃投料日加上流動時間即為 此訂單之交期。在動態的環境下,某些訂單之計劃投料日可能會因系統狀 態的改變而變得不適合,這些訂單必須加以辨認出來並重設其投料時間以 確保此訂單能準時完工,本文亦發展一投料計劃調整演算法來達成此目的 。 The factory could deliver goods on time and reduce finished goods inventory if the due dates were assigned accurately. In the literatures, most of the due-date-based researches were focused on assignment rules and other production control functions has still not been seen now. The due date assignment model developed in this thesis tries to combine release control and flowtime estimation functions to assign due dates because release control has great influence on flowtime. When a new order arrival, it will be given a planned release date according to the release control policy, then forecasts the shop situation of the planned release date to estimate flowtime, planned release date plus flowtime is then the assigned due date of the new order. In a dynamic circumstance, the planned release date of some orders may become inadequately because of the dynamic change of shop situation. We must find out these orders and reset their release dates to insure that they can be completed on time. This thesis also develops a release plan adjust algorithm for this purpose.
