dc.description.abstract頻率計數器是目前在量測信號頻率時,所能量測到最精確的一種儀器。因 此在電子儀器中是不可缺少的。但是由於頻率計數器是一個數位邏輯電路 所組成的儀器,所以它所能計數的頻率受限於數位邏輯電路反應的速度,因 此不能計數到很高的頻率。雖然使用一些轉換的技術可以使頻率提高很 多,但依然受限於電子元件的速度,所以本實驗使用一高速的光電元件-光 導開關,來替代原先受限制的電子元件。我們也嘗試研究改變後的頻率計 數器,研究其可計數的頻率範圍,系統靈敏度,系統穩定度,頻率量測精確度 等等,期望因此一研究使得我們將來有更好的頻率計數器使用。目前我們 實驗的結果,已經使頻率計數器可計數超過3.5GHz,靈敏度達1dBm,可同時 偵測信號強度,很好的穩定度,輸入信號頻率調變的容忍度達40MHz,頻率精 確度達到數Hz。 At present,frequency counter is the most accurate instrument for measuring signal frequency.Since such counter consists of a digital logic circuit,the upper limit of countable frequency will be limited by the response speed of this circuit.Although some strategies of transformation do increase this upper limit a little ,the situation is not much improved.In our experiment, we adopt the fast speed electronic devices(photoconductive) switch instead of the usual devices.such novel counter,we study the countable frequency range,sensitivity and stability of the system and the accuracy of measurement. So far our counter can count signal frequency more then 3.5 GHz with sensitivity 1dBm and the input signal frequency modulation tolerance can attain 40MHz,the accuracy of frequency attains the order of Hz .zh_TW
