dc.description.abstract在本論文中, 我們利用光導開關具有將光訊號與電訊號做諧波混頻的特
性, 及可做相位偵測器的應用, 加上迴路濾波器與受壓控振盪器調變的增
益開關半導體雷射, 分別完成具差頻 (Offset) 與無差頻 (Non-
offset) 之光電式鎖相迴路, 捕獲自由變動 (free run) 的微波訊號,分
別可鎖至20 GHz與12 GHz.我們利用反射式的電光取樣系統, 在具差頻
(Offset) 系統中對微條式傳輸線做混頻訊號的量測, 探討傳輸線由於阻
抗不匹配所造成的駐波效應且應用於S-參數的量測.在無差頻 (Non-
offset) 系統中, 由於探測訊號與待測訊號之間的同步, 我們可以偵測使
還原一個非弦波的訊號, 並對光導開關應用於混頻器及相位偵測器, 我們
做一些基本特性的量測.
The applications of the gain-switched-laser-diode-based off-
set and non-offset optoelectronic phase lock loops (OEPLL)
which use the photoconductive switch as a optoelectronic har-
monic mixer and a optical-microwave phase detector have been
studied. Free-running microwave signals up to 20 GHz and 12GHz
have been phase tracked and electro-optic sampled (EOS) by the
aforementioned system , respectively . Using the offset-OEPLL-
typed EOS system , an impedance-mismatched microstrip transmi-
ssion line has also been characterized in traveling wave and
standing wave regime. Non-sinusoidal microwave signal has also
been probed by using the non-offset-OEPLL-based EOS system .
