dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討臺灣資訊科技產業的國繼化過程,及過程中樣本廠商如何 依本身的條件與目標而訂定不同的國際化策略,期能透過實證與個案彙整 臺灣高科技廠商國際化之決策智慧。文中首先對國內外國際化之相關文獻 作一回顧與模式歸納,然後提出一個國際化動機-策略-問題之研究架構與 發展相關假說。其次,針對臺灣資訊電子業十家上市公司以問卷方式,就 臺灣資訊產業國際化的動機、設置海外分支機構的功能、及所面臨的問題 逐一探討。其後,再利用個案研究的方式,針對宏□與大眾兩家公司的國 際化過程,作詳細的研究,以瞭解實務上廠商國際化過程所面臨的問題與 其所使用的策略。本研究得到以下幾點︰(1) 在海外所設置的分支機構有 階段性與功能考量。(2) 國際化動機由生產導向漸漸轉入市場導向。 (3) 國際行銷經驗與人才不足是共通面臨的問題。(4) 國際化策略多以次 級市場為進入點,進而轉入主要市場。 In this thesis,we first explore the globalization process of Taiwan's information technology industry regarding firms' motivation,the location and function of overseas branches,the problems what they face during their globalizing.Then we focus on studying specific strategies of Acer and FIC Computers through the case study approach. Four conclusions have been abtained in this thesis:(1) there are several stages for the firms to locate their overseas branches during their globalizing. (2)firms' golbalization motivation is switching from technology- oriented into marketing-oriented.(3)the insufficiency of international marketing experience and talent is a common problem in Taiwan's information technology industry.(4)the firms usually adopt to enter secondary-markets as their entry strategy.After succeeding there,firms then pursue to enter primary-markets.zh_TW
