dc.description.abstract本研究採用直流濺鍍與雷射蒸鍍兩種方式完成先驅膜製備,再經後熱處理
完成鉈2212相薄膜的製備.經由SEM,EDS,XRD以及Jc的量測,吾人得以對鉈
2212相薄膜之微觀結構與其他特性作一關連.此外,吾人亦將更進一步對薄
膜之釘扎機制作分析以及傳輸行為的探討.
Tl2Ba2CaCu2Ox superconducting thin films have been obtained by
DC-sputtering or laser-deposition, followed by proper post-
annealing process. From the results of SEM, EDS, XRD, it was
found that although the films are all nearly pure Tl-2212
phase. The microstructure of the films obtained can be very
different, depending on the preparation method used. The
correlation between the film microstructure and its
superconducting transport properties are rigorously
investigated and compared. Results one detailed analyses of
critical current limiting factor,ning mechanisms, as well as
the dimensionality - induced fluctuation effects are presented.
