dc.description.abstract在本論文中,我們建立了一套控氧系統,利用氧相圖對其做後熱處理,並測 量R-T及I-V關係.根據Lawrence-Doniach及Kosterlitz-Thouless的理論 析及剩餘電導及柯陶溫度.由上證實了缺氧愈多時其電性傳輸性質愈趨向 二維. In this thesis, we have systematically manipulated the oxygenntent of the YBCO superconductivity thin films to investigate its effects on dimensional properties. the oxygen content of the films was controlled by post annealing process using a phaseam. By using superconductivity fluctuation theory to analyze the temperature dependent resistivity, we found that, withing oxygen deficiency not only fluctuations near Tc became more pronounced but the transport properties has switched fromto 2-D. In addition, we have also analyzed the vortexusing Kosterlitz-Thouless theory, we found that, the results coincide with the above analysis.zh_TW
