dc.description.abstract在本論文中,我們探討一維Fibonacci及Thue-Morse超晶格結構之能譜及非 週期性。從對Fibonacciru及Thue-More晶格的能譜中我們看到不同於週期 晶格及完全任意晶格的行為。觀察週期,Fibonacci及Thue-More晶格之 Landauer Resistances得知晶格導電特性,並判別Fibonacci及Thue-More 晶格之非週期程度。 In this thsis,we have investigated the energy spec- tra and aperiodicities of one-dimensional Fibonacci and Thue-Morse superlattices.From the energy spectra of Fibonacci and Thue- Morse lattices, we find that their characteristics are different from those of periodic and truly disordered lattices. The degree of aperiodicity of Fibonacci and Thue- Morse lattices is justified by the determination of Landauer resistances of relevant lattices.zh_TW
