摘要: | 在電池操作下可攜式的裝置越來越多。這些裝置最主要的訴求是低工率消 耗和使用低電壓電源而使得電池壽命加長和減輕裝置重量。所以類比 /數 位電路的發展的趨式都是朝向低電壓工作。在所提出的低電壓切換式電容 系統是全差動式,操作電壓在1.2 V下且另需一個額外的高電壓產生器來 提供給類比開關做控制電壓用。利用這個架購來設計工作在1.2 V電壓源 下低通切換式電容濾波器和切換式電容能隙參考。這低通切換式電容濾波 器和切換式電容能隙參考是使用 0.8μm DPDM CMOS 的製程。低通切換式 電容濾波器的取樣頻率是1MHz,它的-3dB頻寬是50kHz。切換式電容能隙 參考的電壓在溫度從-10℃變化到125℃從514mV變化到523mV。 There are more and more portable battery-operated equipments . The most important objectives of portable battery-operated equipment are low-power consumption and low-voltage supply to increase battery liftime and to reduce weight of instruments. So ,the trend of analog/digital circuits is toward the low- voltage operation. The proposed low-voltage switched capacitor system with fully differential topology is operated by 1.2 V and an extra high voltage generator for control voltage of analog switch. With the framework, a low-pass switched capacitoe filter(SCF) and a switched capacitor bandgap reference with 1.2 V supply voltage have been developed associated with the technique for low voltage. Experimental results of a low-pass SCF and a SC bandgap reference have been fabricated with 0.8 μm DPDM CMOS process. The -3dB bandwith of the SCF we designed is 50kHz with sampling rate of 1MHZ. The voltage of SC bandgap reference vary from 514mV to 523 mV corresponding to temperature variation from -10 ℃ to 125 ℃. |
