Here, we a new architecture for an intelligent traffic monitoring, information system. The new system architecture integrates functions such as digital radio communication, vehicle location tracking, vehicle navigation, traffic condition collection, route guidance, vehicle security (stolen vehicle recovery), and matic toll collection in a single system. There are three key ogies about this system, including communication, vehicle traffic monitoring.
