摘要: YAG:Tb是應用於投影式電視(Projection TV)綠色系之螢光體材料,有鑑 於投影式電視之發展潛力及解析度的要求,我們對YAG:Tb進行衍自凝膠法 薄膜製程的探討。本研究是利用凝膠法製程將烷氧化合物溶液由旋轉塗佈 的方式成功的製備YAG:Tb螢光體薄膜。在本文中將對前驅物溶液的配製, 薄膜預熱處理條件,對照發光現象做一番討論。同時也對所添加的螯合劑 、甲醯胺對薄膜結構之影響做一番探討。本研究所製備的螢光體薄膜可隨 活化劑 Tb 添加量的多寡而改變發光之顏色,且薄膜在經770℃燒結之後 得到YAG之晶相而發光。所添加的乙醯乙酸乙酯螯合劑可以對烷氧基先驅 物之水解速率進行有效抑制,且經研究得知,在較低的燒結溫度下,添加 一半正丁烷氧化鋁莫耳數之螯合劑量可以得到最佳晶格相,但燒結溫度大 於900℃以上時,其間差異就較不明顯。 YAG:Tb is applied to the green phosphors for projection TV. Beacuse the potential of developed and the resolution of required for the projection TV, We study the Sol-Gel thin film processing about YAG:Tb phosphors. In this study, We succeed to prepare the YAG:Tb phosphors thin film by Sol-Gel processing with spin-coating the solution of alkoxide compound. In this paper, We discuss the phenomenon of luminescence for the preparation of precusor under the different conditions of sintering and heating we set, and we also discuss the effect about the chelate, formamide for structure of thin film. The color of phosphors thin film we prepared can be modified by changing the amount of activator Tb, and the phosphors thin films have been YAG:Tb after sintering at 770.degree. The chelate of ethylacetoacetate we add can effectively restrain the hydrolysis rate of alkoxide precusor. We find that the amount of chelate added about a half of the moles of Aluminium tri-sec-butylat to be able to get the best crystal at lower of temperature sintering, but differences are reduced above 900.degree.
