dc.description.abstract本文利用 poly ethylene glycol(PEG)及 poly ethylene glycol hyl ether(PEGME)分別和 acryloyl chloride 反應來合成 Poly(ethylene glycol)diacrylate (PEGDA200) 及 Poly(ethylene glycol monomethyl ether)acrylate (PEGMEA500) 做為預備材料, 為硬化劑來形成交聯。同 時和以 IPDA 為硬化劑的環氧樹脂摻混形成 Epoxy/PEGDA 全互穿網及 Epoxy/PEGMEA 半互穿網。另外以 BPO 為不飽和聚酯的交聯劑,加上以 MXDA 為硬化劑的環氧樹脂來作為同部互穿網。而後以 DSC 來測其放熱峰 及 Tg 點的變化, TGA 測其熱性質, FT-IR 測其分子間作用力,黏度計測 其黏度變化特性, RDS 測其動態機械黏彈性質, Tensile ( Instron ) 及 Impact ( Falling weight ) 來測其機械性質。 Poly(ethylene glycol monomethyl ether) and Poly(ethylene glycol monomethyl ether)(PEGME) were used,respectively, to react with acryliyl chloride to yield Poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate( PEGDA) and Poly(ethylene glycol monomethyl ether) acrylate( PEGMEA). The fully-IPN's based on PEGDA and Epoxy were prepared by blending PEGDA and epoxy (DGEBA) and were cured simultane- ous with 2,2'-azo-bisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) and isophronedia- mine(IPDA).The Semi-IPN's based on PEGMEA and epoxy were same curing agent.While the other fully-IPN's system based on unsaturated polyester(UP) and epoxy were prepared by using benzoyl peroxide(BPO) and m-xylenediamine( MXDA) as curing agent. The glass transition temperature (Tg) and exothermic peak shift were determined with differential scaning calorimeter(DSC). The intermolecular interaction we investigated with FT-IR. Viscosity increase during IPN form were measured with a Brookfield viscometer. Dynamic mechani behaviors were studied with a rheometric dynamic spectrosco RDS). Tensile-elongation and impact resistance were measured with an instron tensile test machine and impact tester.zh_TW
