dc.description.abstract由於離心泵浦設計漸趨高轉速及高性能,伴隨而來的振動問題亟待克服。 本論文主題在建立離心幫浦振動測試實驗,經由量測資料,以印証離心幫 浦的振動數學模型,如此即可控制離心泵浦各元件之設計參數對系統振動 之影響。本文主要部份為量測估計軸封動態係數所需之參數,如軸轉速、 軸封之旋轉間隙及軸封入口流速,其中軸封入口流速由量測軸封軸向壓力 差來取代。其次,將估計之動態係數代入傳遞矩陣法(TMM)所建立的離心 幫浦振動模型,藉由電腦模擬出離心幫浦穩態反應之振幅。將所得系統特 性與實際離心幫浦所量測之振幅做一比較分析以評估離心幫浦振動數學模 型的可靠度與實驗的正確性,並歸納和整理出重要之系統參數對振動之影 響,以作為將來離心幫浦振動分析軟體建立之用。zh_TW
