dc.description.abstract由於市場競爭與生產技術的進步,造成產品的變異性提高與生命週期的縮 短,面對此一多樣少量之生產需求,傳統機能式佈置之設施規劃方法由於 生產的前置時間時間與生產週期過長、在製品存量過高、容易造成工廠內 物流的紊亂等缺點,而無法達成及時交貨的要求。以單元製造系統為基礎 之設施規劃方法,不儘適用於多樣少量之生產形態,且由於其以群組技術 將整個生產系統分成數個獨立性高的製造單元,以生產特定的工件族,使 得生產系統的物流大部分發生在各單元內,而能達到簡化物流、縮短機器 設置時間、減少在製品存貨與節省物料搬運成本的目的。而區域式無人搬 運車系統由於其分而治之設計理念正好與單元製造系統相符,故以單元製 造系統結合區域式無人搬運車系統,正可收相輔相成之效。本研究即以單 元製造系統與區域式無人搬運車系統為基礎,提出七階段的啟發式演算法 ,以解決工廠中之設施規劃問題。為避免機器佈置的結果影響到無人搬運 車路軌設計的彈性,故在單元製造系統佈置之過程,同時考慮無人搬運車 路軌的設計,使機器的佈置與無人搬運車路軌的設計皆能顧及系統整體性 的需求。而由於在單元製造系統形成的過程中,不可避免的會產生跨單元 工件 ,透過負載途程規劃可以解決此類工件的負董~程問題,並防止運送 瓶頸的發生。最後並以一模擬實驗來驗證系統的設計、評估系統的績效與 修正系統的設計,以使系統的設計於實際佈置時能得到較佳的績效。關鍵 字:設施規劃,單元製造系統,群組技術,工件族,區域式無人搬運 車 系統,跨單元工件 Due to the market competition and the progression of manufacturing technology,the product variation was raised and its life cycle was shortened . There aresome disadvantages,such as long lead time and long production cycle time, highinventory, complicated material flows,and so on, when applying functional lay-out to cope with this small-batch and mix-product manufacturing requirements.Cellular manufacturing Systems not only can meet the small-batch and mix-product manufacturing requirements,but al divide the manufacturing system intosome manufacturing cells to produce specific part families individually. Be-cause the divided and conquered design concept of tandem-AGV matches well inthe implement of cellular manufacturing systems,this research presents a sevenphase layout procedure based upon the tandem-AGV framework for cellular manu-facturing systems design . In this algorithm, the AGV path and layout were de-signed at the same time to avoid the shortcomings that the predecision of themachine layout and lower flexibility of the design of the AGV path.
