dc.description.abstract本研究主要目地是利用擠壓鑄造法製作石墨顆粒/鋁基複合材料。基 材為鋁矽鎂合金,添加材為石墨顆粒。並研究此複材之制震性、機械性質 、抗磨耗性及腐蝕行為。本實驗以添加純鋁粉來控制石墨顆粒體積分率, 成功解決石墨顆粒分散不均及高體積分率等問題,並以無電鍍銅處理改善 石墨顆粒與鋁基材間的界面問題。 在制震性方面,4vol.%石墨顆 粒之複材有3.08倍的改善,12vol.%複材有6.54倍的提昇;在彎曲強度方 面,經無電鍍銅處理之複材較未經處理之複材有38.7%的改善,足見無電 鍍銅處理改善了石墨顆粒與鋁基材間的界面;抗磨耗性方面,因無電鍍銅 處理改善了界面,所以經過處理之複材較未經處理之複材為佳;在腐蝕行 為方面,經無電鍍銅處理之複材較未經處理之複材有較大的腐蝕重量損失 ,且腐蝕重量損失隨石墨顆粒體積分率增加而增加。 The main purpose of this work is to produce the Gr(p)/Al( A356) matrix composite by squeeze casting and to study the damping capacity、mechencal property、wearability and corrosion behavior of these composites。In this work ,to control the volume fraction of graphite by adding the pure alumi-nun powders solves the problems of non-uniform distribution andhigh volume fraction of graphite。 The result shows that the damping of composite increases with increaing volume fraction of graphite。 Moreover,a relatively small increase in amo-unt of graphite(4%) present in the matrix(A356) let to a dramatic increase in damping capacity (about 3 times)。The electroless copper plating on gra-phite improves the interface between graphite and Al matrix 。Therefore,the bending strength and wearability of the composite with electroless cop-per plating are better than those of composite without electroless copper plating 。 However,the corrosion resistance of composites without electr-oless copper plating is better than that of composites with electroless copper plating。zh_TW
