dc.description.abstract本論文主要研究高速無刷式主軸馬達的特性,針對高倍速光碟機之主 軸伺服系統提出性能改善的方法。首先,對於光碟機主軸伺服的瞭解,建 立出無刷馬達的數學模式與參數定義,進而藉由模擬程式求得系統的反電 動勢電壓波形,說明其造成轉矩輸出的非線性現象,並實現由電流補償方 式降低轉矩漣波效果,有助於馬達運轉平穩之可靠度的提昇;而後,透過 實驗架設實際馬達系統,更驗證了模擬所得之結果。其次,整合無刷直流 的驅動電路設計實驗,從事主軸伺服之系統判別,得到真實系統之參數與 轉移函數,使得對整個無刷馬達有明確的認識。 This paper addresses the simulation and analysis of brushless spindle motorwith three-phase and eight-pole that operates in the high-speed optical diskdrive. First the static and dynamic models of the motors are established inorder to analyze the characteristic of brushless spindle dc motor. Secondlythe simulation of the dynamic model of brushless spindle motor with drivingcircuit is then established to observe the back-EMF waveform of the motor inhigh speed operation. This paper describes how to reduce the torque ripppleusing compensated current method. Finally, this paper will also verify theback-EMF waveform by experiment. The observations obtained in this paper willbe useful for the servo control of high-speed optical disk drive.zh_TW
