dc.description.abstract在此論文中我們探究 CT 醫學影像 3D 立體化資料的重建, 並利用此資 料達到視覺化的目的. 由於傳統的醫學影像皆是平面 2D 之 CT 或 MRI 影像. 為了達成人性化的視覺效果, 必須在螢幕上顯示 3D 之物體. 因 此我們以圖學 Volume Rendering 的方式重繪原資料, 而其中每一個原素 點的屬性 ( 亮度,normal vector, 透明度...) 更需使用影像處理的技 術方可獲得. 在我們的實驗中, 我們應用 Cubic-splineconvolution 函 式來處理 Interpolation 的工作, 以彌補 CT 取像層數過少所造成 resolution 不足的缺點,進而完成 3D 資料的重建. 接著以 Surface Rendering 的方式將物體視□惜□最後利用人體不同材質在 CT 影像上 所成相之亮度不同的特性, 作出不同透明度之 3D VolumeRendering, 並 以 Stereo-View 的方式達成立體視覺化. In this thesis we explore the reconstruction and visualization of 2D ComputedTomography data. Traditional medical images are usually stored intwo-dimensional photograph, however, to view the medical image morerealistic, we show the 3D object on the monitor by Volume Rendering. To dothis, the characteristics of each data point( normal vector, opacity...) haveto be extracted by the technology of image processing. On our experimentalresults, we adopt the Cubic- spline function and Cubic-spline convolution todo the job of interpolation. By this way, the insufficiency problem on thecapture of CT data is solved. And, the purpose of reconstruction has beenachieved. Further, we apply surface rendering technique for visualization.Finally, we render a transparent volume and stereo-view of several data tomake it virtually real.zh_TW
