電子文件意見彙整系統之探討

Abstract

電腦與通訊（C&C）的發展，使人們可透過電子文件來溝通，提供了另類 溝通的方式，以辦公室為例，辦公室是企業活動的中樞，聯絡溝通是辦公 室的重要活動，近年來，以電子文件作為聯絡溝通的管道有其方便性及必 要性，且已漸漸普遍，而我們常會感覺到要對結構複雜、內容豐富的文件 表示全盤的意見是不容易的，因為如果雙方沒有經過事先規範或約定，在 表達意見時，由於對文字的用法不同、描述事情的方式不同、解讀方式也 不同，所以產生寫的人自由心證、無拘無束，而讀的人則覺得所提的意見 不清不楚，無法明確判斷他對事情的「立場」是「同意或不同意」、「那 些內容同意那些內容不同意」.....等，這種不良的溝通造成新的問題， 因此未見事情經由溝通而得到澄清，反見溝通的意見成了新的問題，因此 針對溝通過程中，意見本身是否能讓解讀的一方瞭解他的立場，本研究以 語言行動模式為基礎設計了一套意見彙整的方式，用來明確地表示意見所 代表的立場，確保彼此在意見立場表達明確之下溝通，如此才能找到溝通 的方向，溝通才能有效率的進行 As communication and computer technology have been well developed,electronic documents are vastly used for communication between office workers. Workers use electronic documents to describe problems and ask some others to give opinion to him. We lose immediate interaction when using electronic documents.So if we don't define any rule or norm to help communicate , we will find that it's difficult to judge what his reponse is 「agree」 or 「disagree」，「What part do he agree」，「What part do he disagree」，The major point of communication is to express clear opinion。So we base on Language/Action Model to develop our opinion monitoring system to help communicators to categorize the subject of electronic documents and to focus on the subject to express the explicit standpoint about it。 Our system provide well-functioned opinion collection and opinion monitoring and selection mechanism. So people use the system can get better opinion quality。
