dc.description.abstract  在本論文中,實現了一個符合北美數位蜂巢式系統 IS-54 標準的射 頻發射接收機。此工作為交通大學 IS-54 行動電話計劃的一部份。而此 射頻發射接收機,乃是交通大學與台揚科技公司共同合作而完成。同時詳 細地考察有關 IS-54 射頻發射接收機的規格,而幾乎所有量測的結果都 符合所需的規格。 我們使用 HP89441 向量信號分析儀來測量分時多 工存取所造成的突發現象,而利用相位檢測法來測量頻率合成器的頻率切 換速度。我們同時也定義了射頻發射接收機和基頻電路板間的介面,以供 未來系統整合時使用。 In this thesis, a RF transceiver for IS-54, the North American Digital Cellular(NADC) system, is implemented. This work is part of the NCTU IS-54 Mobile Phone project, where specifically the RF transceiver part is a collaborationbetween NCTU and MTI(Microelectronics Technology Inc.). The required specifications of IS-54 RF transceiver were studied in details, and the measurement results are shown to conform to these specifications almost completely. We investigate how to measure the bursty performance in TDMA by using HP89441 VSA( Vector Signal Analyzer), and using phase detector method to measurethe FSS(Frequency Switch Speed) of the frequency synthesizer. The interface between the RF transceiver and baseband board is also defined for future integration.zh_TW
