dc.description.abstract本篇論文探討一種以預測編碼為基本架構的可調式影像編碼方法,其可調 性是由階層性的金字塔呈現結構所達成。操作是以區塊為單位,由低解析 度的影像利用內插做高解析度影像的預測。我們探討此種以區塊為單位的 操作方法所產生之問題及編碼誤差對預測的影響。 A scalable image coding method based on prediction is investigated. The scalability is achieved with a hierarchical pyramid signal representationstructure.Interpolation as prediction from lower resolution level to high resolutionlevel is done on a block by block basis.The block-based operation and the effect of quantization error on the subsequent interpolation is investigated.zh_TW
