dc.description.abstract | 本實驗選用FSX-414 鑄造型鈷基超合金及氬銲方法,探討其銲前熱處理對 銲接特性的影響及銲後時效處理對微觀結構的影響,並運用在燃氣渦輪機 第一級噴嘴經長期使用後的銲補再生作業上。實驗結果顯示:銲前熱處理 的銲接特性,以"固溶"處理(1250℃/12hr) 最佳,"高溫+時效"處理(1150 ℃/4hr爐冷至928℃/10hr空冷至室溫) 最差。銲後未經時效處理的試片中 ,碳化物皆沿著樹枝狀結構析出,而經時效處理後則會有小顆粒的碳化物 逐漸在基地析出,而且隨著時效時間的增加,碳化物的分佈也會愈密,導 致硬度值升高。 | zh_TW |
