摘要: | 作用在於撥動鏈條,使鏈條與所選擇之大齒盤齒片囓 功能。由於自行車 前變速器安裝在大齒盤與座管之間 @用在鏈條的緊邊,須要較大的操作力 ,所以自行車前變速 ぞ攭吨峓x難性。一般而言前變速器對不同車架不易 相容, t商對自行車前變速器的設計法則了解相當有限。因此,本 M下列 問題:首先研究一套自行車前變速器的設計法則,同時改善同一自行車前 變速器對不同車架的相容性以及減輕撥桿操作力。 萓璅悍e變速器的分析 與設計的方法,如根據車架及齒 悍e變速器的位移分析、靜力分析、敏感 度分析、應力分析, ]計、撥鏈板運動區間設計等。此外,本文也提出一 項新型 輪,用以取代傳統的鋼索連接桿,以控制鋼索拉力變化,以減輕 換檔時的操作力。 A front derailleur on bicycle is designed to shift the chain to with the desired sprocket of the chainwheel.
