dc.description.abstract  渦卷式壓縮機在未來將取代傳統式壓縮機,而目前所被廣泛使用的渦 卷式壓縮機,係由標準漸開線形渦卷建構而成。本文所探討之延伸漸開線 形渦卷,其特有之幾何性質,對於現行的標準漸開線形渦卷而言,有很大 的發展空間。 當兩渦卷在做耦合運動時時,可藉由其葉片的變形,以 增進封密性,提高工作效率。然而在負荷運轉下,變形後的渦卷葉片是否 能克服其強度的問題,是令人所關切的重點。 因此,我們必須充份掌 握渦卷曲線的特性,作良好的設計;然後再建構渦卷模型,藉由有限元素 法來模擬實際操作的情形,以對其可能產生的破壞加以預防。 The scroll compressors will replace the traditional compressors in the future. The commonly used scroll compressor now, is based on the standard involute scroll curve. In this study, we will research for the extended involute scrolls which have special geometrical properties, and possess the potentiality of better performance than that of standard involute scrolls. When the scroll pair is in coupling, the hermetic property can be improved by the deformation of the scroll wraps, and thus increase the efficiency. However, under the operation with loadings, what we concern most is whether the stress on the wrap exceeds the strength limit In this study, we will utilize the characters of the extended involute scroll and design the best parameters. Based on the parameters, a scroll model can be built and analyzed by the finite element method. With this process, we can predict the possible failure, and then modify the design to prevent failure.zh_TW
