Abstract: 本文依拍賣競價方式提出一軸承製造的現場監控系統的分散式控制架
構。這系統主要是藉由拍賣機制來達成工件、機器、人員間的即時型任務
指派。本文並對拍賣理論加以討論,設計競價資訊系統,最後則是以即時
型專家系統有效地掌握現場的狀況。採取分散式控制可以降低現場半成品
堆積、提高機器利用率、進而改善工廠現場監控的績效。
Auction-based heterarchical control architecture is proposed to
design a shopfloor control system for bearings manufacturing.
This essentially involves a real-time task assignment process
among parts, machines,and operators through auction mechanism.
In this thesis,auction theory is reviewed;a bidding information
system has been designed;a real-time expert system is used for
monitoringthe status on shop floor. Overall the heterarchical
control approach reduces WIPs,increases machine utilization, and
improves the system performance on the shop floor.
