dc.description.abstract電腦科技的進步,人類越仰賴由顯示器中獲得資訊。在這樣的系統中,顯 示器所呈現之資訊是否能清晰且正確無誤的傳達給使用人員,成為系統成 功運作的重要關鍵。然而,在眾多研究中,矩陣式顯示器較少被提及,但 因其較CRT顯示器不佔空間,故相當具有發展潛能。因此,如何於矩陣式 顯示器上提高所顯示影像之品質,成為目前顯示器設計之重要議題。由於 人類在生理與心理的特性與限制,對使用者而言,諸如“提高解析度”等 硬體上的技術發展並非絕對代表“高影像品質”。其原因有三:(1)硬體 上的技術未必能提高視覺系統對顯示器影像之感受敏銳度,(2)良好的顯 示器產生之影像應避免造成使用者的疲勞,及(3)要評估顯示器所呈現影 像的品質,必須從使用者的觀點來衡量判斷影像之良窳,而非只著重於顯 示影像之物理屬性(例如解析度、亮度、對比等)。因此,本研究主要是以 使用者主觀評估的角度來探討矩陣式顯示器之影像品質;並在使用者主觀 評估上,導入模糊集合理論,試圖更能完整的描述人員在做主觀判斷時的 心理認知活動。 As computer systems proliferate, computer displays become more and more important for human*s daily life. One of the key factors affecting the success of a computer system is the successful transition of information to users. Therefore, the enhancement of the image quality of dot-matrix displays becomes an important issue of display design. Due to the characteristics and limits of human beings, the enhancement of display hardware techinques, such as the enhancement of display resolution, do not necessarily result in an increase in image quality. The lack of linear mapping from hardware design variables to image quality implies that a series of in-depth human vision research is required. The purpose of this research is to develop an evaluation method for image quality of dot-matrix display. In addition, we will apply the Fuzzy Set Theory to describe the users* judgment more adequately.zh_TW
