摘要: | 无障碍运输系统的推行,已经成为目前政府积极推广的社会福利政 策之一。而在各种大众运输工具之中,拨召服务系统应该是一套较能解决 残障者行的问题的系统。国内有关拨召服务系统之实作目前仅有金门县无 障碍运输拨召服务系统一例。此系统整合运输地理资讯系统、全球定位系 统与无线电通讯系统三大科技运用于拨召系统上。系统架构分成行车定位 系统、无线电运输系统与预约排程系统三个部份。金门县无障碍运输拨召 服务系统经过数月的实际运作之后,许多原先的的规划设计已不敷需求, 因此本研究即着重预约排程系统、车辆监控子系统、与资料统计子系统的 扩充与改善。预约排程系统为整个拨召系统中直接与民众接触的部份,在 旧系统中预约者在预约之后,要等到当天预约时间结束之后才会被通知实 际的上下车时间,对预约者而言相当的不方便。因此本研究对预约订位流 程修改为预约者可以在预约时立刻得知预约结果与实际的上下车时间。另 外在排程演算法方面,亦针对本系统的拨召问题;多车辆、多点到多点、 有时间限制的拨召问题提出启发式解法,采用最小成本插入法,安排路线 服务预约需求。系统使用者可以自行调整路线与发车时间。车辆监控子系 统提供管理者掌握车辆动态资讯的工具,在旧系统中车辆位置是以大小变 动的方块表示车辆位置,本研究采用投影点演算法将由GPS 接受器所得到 的车辆位置抓回到道路上,并以固定大小的方块表示车辆位置。在资料统 计子系统方面本系统提供旅次分布、需求时间分布、残障者类别分布等统 计资料。此系统目前以开发完成,现正在金门地区进行测试中。 The development of convenient transportation means for handicap people isone the primary social-welfares for modern goverments.Dial-A-Ride system probably is the most suitable system for handicap people. The Kinmen Dial-A-Ride system for handicap people integrates GeographicalInformation System(GIS), Global Positioning System(GPS) and TelecommunicationSystem.This system is also a pioneer one in Taiwan. This system has three sub-systems,reservation and scheduling sub-system,vehicle monitoring sub-system and report sub-system.After testing this system on daily operations,we found the original design of this system does not meetthe demands at some points. This research focuses on the extension and improvement of this system and make it a real time system.The new system can speed up the process of reservation and reduce of inconvenience of user interface.The improvement of the accuracy of vehicle positioning is a nother focus of this research. In order to make this system usable and friendly,we modified the process of reservation and the display of vehicle location.The new functions developed in this research include a real-time reservation and a scheduling module,a reports module,a vehicle dispatching schedule module,and a vehicle auto-tracing module. Also,a new algorithm for dial-a-ride is also developed to compute the most effective and efficient way of serving handicap people in Kimnem area. |
