dc.description.abstract本研究利用Ti金屬粉在各種陶瓷模中溶解,以其瞭解高溫鈦金屬鑄造過程 中的介面反應使用SEM EDS XRD EPMA Vickers 進行介面反應後的微觀結 構分析,藉以分析鈦金屬與陶瓷模的介面反應機構,由實驗結果顯示,當太 金屬熔解成液體,藉由毛細力作用而滲入陶瓷模中,進而與陶瓷粒子進行化 學反應,使反應錢的陶瓷組織發生變化,其反應程度依陶瓷種類差異而有所 不同,在以釔膠為黏結劑的氧化釔陶瓷模與CP-Ti的反應中,反應前面層的 網狀逃模組織,因被Ti溶蝕而成小而獨立的圓顆粒體,且顆粒體中含有部份 的鈦元素由XRD顯示因介面反應已生成TiO2與Ti發生反應而形成新的Ti- Zr-O的化合物,使用Silica binder當黏結劑的逃磨,由於Ti於高溫亦將 SiO2還原,使鈦金屬中的氧含量提高而增加表面硬度值與硬化層深度比較 本研究中各種陶模與Ti金屬的反應性,以釔膠液為黏結劑的氧化釔陶模與 Cp-Ti反應最少,其硬化層最小硬度值最低 This study investigates the interface reactions between titanium and various ceramic molds during casting by usingscanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray analysis(EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD),Vickers,and electron microprobe analysis( EPMA).Results showed that when titanium melted to liquid and was drawn into ceramic mold by capillary suction,an reaction between ceramic powder and titanium took place . the network frame of the facecoat in the yttria ceramics mold with Y2O3 binder was partially dissolved,meanwhile a small amount of Ti was also dissolved into yttria.the X-ray diffraction pattern indicates the existence of Ti2O and TiO in the reactionzone.for the zirconia ceramic molt with polyvinyl alchohol, the penetrating layer has become a new Ti-Zr-O compound due to the reaction of ZrO2 withTi. As for the ceramic molt using silica as binder,the concentration of oxygen dissolved in Ti increased so that a larger microhardness of the surfacelayer as well as a large depth of hardened layer was obtained.The reaction between the yttria ceramic molt with Y2O3 binder and CP-Ti was less aerious compared to other ceramic molds.zh_TW
