dc.description.abstractCNTs was synthesized using multilayered catalytic films as catalysts at temperatures lower than softening point of soda-lime glass by thermal CVD. It is found that herd good field emission properties and morphologies. The field emission current density of CNTs could reach 29 mA/cm(2) at the electric field of 6 V/um.en_US
