dc.description.abstract負載模擬器對於一般轉換電源之產品燒機測試(burn-in test),提供良好 的負載作用以及量測功能。本論文乃以數位訊號處理器(Digital Signal Processor, DSP)為基礎,採用全數位控制的方式,製作一能量可回收之 電子式負載模擬系統,針對傳統直流負載模擬器的缺點,該系統可分別操 作在直流電源或是交流電源之下,模擬不同型態之負載行為;並且能夠將 從受測試電源供應器所擷取的能量,回送至市電系統。該負載模擬器主要 包含有兩個子系統:能量回收系統提供雙向功率流動之能力,且能夠在單 位功率因數(unit power factor)的操作情況下,提供一精確控制之直流 鍊電壓。負載行為控制器則根據使用者所定義之負載行為,經計算產生相 對應之電流命令值,並透過非線性數位電流迴路控制方式,達到快速的電 流追蹤能力。本論文利用先進的DSP控制技術,配合以智慧型功率模組( IPM)為基礎之功率放大級,完成各子系統之研製與測試並進行系統之整合 。 Different types of electronic load simulators for testing of power supply have been developed. This thesis presents the design of a DSP-based electronic load simulator with energy recycle use. To solve the problems encountered in conventional DC load simulator, the proposed load simulator can operate on DC source and AC source separately to simulate many different types of loads. The energy absorbed by the electronic load simulator can be turn back to the utility system. The load simulator proposed in the thesis mainly consists of two subsystems. The power-recycling unit (PRU) provides bilateral power flow capability and builds up a well-regulated DC-link voltage source under unit power factor operation. The load behavior controller (LBC) computes and generates a current command according to load behavior defined by user. To get good dynamic response, the thesis proposes a nonlinear digital current mode controller (NDCMC) to achieve the fastest current tracking capability. In this research, we construct and test these two subsystems individually and then integrate them into a complete system.zh_TW
