dc.description.abstract	本論文針對區塊餘弦轉換壓縮法對影像壓縮後所會產生的問題, 提供一個新的後處理方法來改善視覺上的品質, 並且提出一個客觀的品質量測方法來評估這類後處理方法的好壞. This thesis proposes a new postprocessing method to reduce the blocking effect that is the coding artifact produced by the block-based DCT Coding. This thesis also proposes a new objective quality measure to evaluate the effectiveness of the postprocessing methods.	zh_TW
