dc.description.abstractThe influence of ITO pretreatment and its OLED devices were investigated. It was found that the lifetime and EL efficiency are strongly depended on the ITO cleaning and its surface morphology. In the result, the lifetime and EL performance in our demonstrated devices were significantly enhanced.en_US
