dc.description.abstract本論文之內容乃在探討各種燒結助劑對鎳電極Z5U陶瓷電容器在物性 及電性方面的影響。而添加燒結助劑的主要目的是為了降低電容器在製備 時的燒結溫度,從而降低其生產成本。 在使用各種不同燒結助劑的嘗 試中,我們發現代號G1的玻璃可以讓試片的燒結溫度降到1200℃。經X- ray繞射分析的結果顯示G1的添加可使鈣鈦礦(pervoskite)的晶格常數縮 小;而添加了G1的試片,在1200℃燒結4小時後,其密度可達理論密度 的95%以上;其室溫下的介電常數則可達到7000,而介電損失正切(loss tangent)則可維持在2%以下;至於居里溫度則約為0℃。 另外,我們 亦研究了兩種不同化學當量(B/A ratio)的粉末,比較其燒結後之各種性 質。同時,研究中也證實了經過先行鍛燒的試片其物性及電性均有明顯的 改善。 The Ni electrode Z5U ceramic capacitors with the main composition of(Ba,Ca)(Ti,Zr)O3 and various sintering fluxes were investigated. The purposeof adding sintering flux is to lower the sintering temperature as well asthe production cost of the capacitors. Several different sintering fluxes were employed to obtain the formulationof low firing capacitors. The glass, G1 we used could successfully lower the sintering temperature down to 1200℃. The XRD analysis for the G1 added sam--ples indicated that the addition of G1 leaded to the decrement of the latticeparameters of the samples. The samples sintered with G1 at 1200℃ for 4 hrsexhibited above 95% of theoretical density, dielectric constant of over 7000under the room temperature, and dissipation factor of below 2%. The Curietemperatures of such G1 added samples were about 0℃. The powders with two different B/A ratio were used to prepare low firingsamples for comparing their dielectric properties. The result of the studyof the effect of calcination revealed that the calcined samples have the bat--ter dielectric performance than those without calcination.zh_TW
