dc.description.abstract | 在本論文中,我們利用被動鎖模鈦藍寶石雷射,產生之飛秒級超短脈衝雷 射光來照射半導體材料,如 S.I. GaAs、AlGaAs、GaAs:Cr、QW等。而產 生在自由空間輻射的電脈衝,此所產生的電脈衝可以經由電光取樣的方法 ,量得其在時域上的脈衝寬度為次微微秒,經由傅立葉轉換,可得到頻域 上的頻寬為泰拉赫茲的範圍。 In this thesis, we used fs ultrafast pluses, which were generated by a mode-locked Ti:Sapphire laser to pump some materials such S.I. GaAs,AlGaAs, GaAs:Cr, QW. Ultrashort electric pluses were generated and radiatedin free space. These electric pulses can be measured by electro-optic sampling technique. The plusewidth of the electric signal was subpicosecondswhile after fast Fourier transformation, bandwidth of THz was obtained. | zh_TW |
