摘要: 電子電路的訊號處理方式,可分為電壓模式( voltage-mode)及電 流模式(current-mode),如OP放大器(operational amplifier)以 電壓模式處理訊號。近來具有高頻寬特性的電流模式訊號 處理器, 如電流傳輸器(current conveyor:CCII)最引人注意。本工作主 要在 探討電流模式工作的電路,因電流傳輸器仍無標準型電路,故應用 文獻所提供的一型電路,稍加修改後,分別以HSPICE模擬及以現成 MOS元 件組成CCII電路,來進行信號放大和整流的實驗量測,初步 獲得的結果 為:一、就模擬方面:當作整流器及當放大器時,兩者的工作頻寬, 均可以達100MHZ左右。二、就實驗方面:當整流器時,其整流能力可 達199.75KHZ。 同時,我們也討論電流傳輸器的設計原理,應用電晶 體元件的傳輸線性(translinear),我們也設計一個電流傳輸器,並展示 其信號放大及整流功能。 For signal processing, current conveyor(cc)is based on the current-mode operational principle, while the conventional operational amplifier belongs to the voltage-mode category. The aim of this work is to study the currentconveyor circuit. Because the current conveyor has still nostandard form, we adopt a circuit by slightly modifying thecircuit found in the literature. This ciucuit is analyzed byHSPICE simulation and implemented by discret MOS transitors.1.By Hspice:When the current conveyor is applied as rectifier and amplifier, a band-width of 100MHZ can be achieved.2. By experiment:When the MOS circuit used as rectifier,it can rectify signals with frequency up to 199KHZ. Meanwhile,the design principle of current conveyors isdiscussed. We show the translinear(TL)property of thetransistor devices and apply the TL concept to design acurrent conveyor. The circuit is also demonstrated experimently for signal amplification and rectification.
