dc.description.abstract | 本論文採用Volterra級數的分析方法,預測C波段振盪器及K波段介質共 振振盪器之功率及頻率,並採用非線性電流源法處理非線性元件,以利求得 Volterra kernels和振盪決定方程式.吾人利用S參數及電晶體I-V特性曲 線,發展出微波砷化鎵電晶體小訊號非線性參數萃取的方法.Volterra級數 預測微波振盪器之功率及頻率,預測結果和Libra諧波平衡分析法吻合,並 能有效決定振盪器的最佳負載. An approach based on Volterra series is applied to weakly nonlinear problemof C-band oscillator and K-band Dielectric Resonator Oscillator (DRO). Thedetermining equation of oscillation and Volterra kernels can be easily obtainedby the nonlinear-current method. The procedure of extracting small- signalnonlinear parameters has been developed from S-parameters and I-V relation. Thepredictions of oscillation power and frequency from Volterra series are verifiedto be good agreement with those from Harmonic Balance method. | zh_TW |
