dc.description.abstract | 本論文將順式-2-酮基-3-醛基以及順式雙醇基之[2.2.1]庚烯衍生物,進行碘環化反應,得到具有很高位向選擇性之含碘籠狀化合物2a-c,40a-c,接著使用強鹼(KH)進行環化反應,成功合成出骨架上含有三個及兩個氧原子之籠狀化合物7a-c,37a,b,42a-c.將[2.2.1],[2.2.2],7-oxa[2.2.1]系統之endo位向衍生物經由dimethyl-dioxirane之環氧化(epoxidation)反應關鍵步驟,成功合成出骨架上含有三個氧原子之籠狀化合物.將化合物46a-d溶於甲醇與二氯甲烷等量混合之溶劑,進行臭氧裂解不加還原劑,得到先進行分子內親核性環化加成,之後甲醇再進行分子間親核性加成之產物47a-d. | zh_TW |
