dc.description.abstract由於尼龍6(PA6)與聚苯乙烯(PS)和尼龍6與耐衝擊聚苯乙烯(HIPS)的相容性差(界面黏著力差)使摻混物在受力時, 應力不易傳遞,造成機械性質下降。本研究係對PA6/PS和PA6/HIPS兩摻合系統加入苯乙烯/馬來酐共聚物(SMA),利用SMA的酸酐(MA)與尼龍6的NH2末端基在熔融摻混時產生PS-g-PA6共聚物,當作增容劑來改善摻合物的相容性。摻合物的形態(molrphology)及機械性質由許多因素決定,例如相容劑的MA含量,SMA的添加量及加工次序等。在PA6/HIPS=70/30以不同的加工次序添加SMA摻合系統中,先將SMA與PA6摻混再與HIPS摻合的機械性質比SMA與HIPS先摻混再與PA6摻合的性質差。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractPolyblends of polyamide-6 (PA6)/ polystyrene (PS) and polyamide-6/ high impact polystyrene (HIPS) are immiscible and incompatible. The low interfacial adhesion leads to poor mechanical properties and relatively large domains. This study used styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA) as compatibilizers, which is able to form PA6 graft copolymers between maleic anhydride of SMA and the termai amino end group of PA6 during melt blending.The morphologies and mechanical properties of the blends depend on several factors, such maleic anhydride content in SMA, SMA quantities,blending sequence, and the loaction of the graft copolymers. Preblending of PA6 and SMA then with HIPS results in lower mechanical properties than preblending of HIPS and SMA then with PA6.en_US
