電腦與傳統媒材之視覺傳達設計思考--海報設計之口語分析實證研究

Abstract

目前視覺傳達設計思考的研究，尚處於初始階段。由於各個媒材所具有的 不同特性，是導致不同創作風格的原因之一。因此，我們推論不同媒材有 可能造成不同的設計思考活動。電腦是新興的媒材，其形式與傳統媒材十 分不同。所以本研究試圖要透過認知心理學的實證方法，來研究探討視覺 傳達設計中，電腦與傳統二種媒材的設計思考活動有何差異。希望能夠得 到此二者的設計思考理論模型，並比較其差異。進而舉例驗證所分析歸納 出的理論模型。本研究採用口語分析 (protocol analysis)之實驗方式， 希望藉由對於設計者在設計過程中，同時伴隨產生的口語資料(包含設計 者對於正在進行行為的說明及動作，以及實驗者對於設計者行為的解釋和 觀察)與圖形，來找出設計者在設計過程中的一些特徵或模式。透過口語 分析實驗的資料整理與觀察，對設計思考活動加以分析，基於這些分析， 我們歸納出二組實驗在素描階段與完稿階段的行為模型。我們更進一步的 發現動作種類的差異，並針對動作種類的差異再作分析。最後綜合視覺設 計思考的分析與動作種類的分析，討論二者之間的關聯性，並提出案例加 以驗證。 In the present, the study of design thinking in visual communication is still at the early stage. Different media with different characteristics is one of the reasons that lead to diverse designing style. Thus, we have explored that different media could result in different design thinking activities. Computers, recently new media, are quite different from traditional media. Through the experiment of cognitive psychology, this thesis has been trying to explore the difference of design thinking activities exUsing protocol analysis as an experimental approach, we have attempted to figure out some characteristics or models in the designing process, on the basis of the protocol data (including the designer*s explanation and action to the current behavior and the explanation and observation from the investigator) and pictures.
