dc.description.abstract | 在尋求適合的非線性紅外轉換材料上,我們考慮一些黃銅礦結構的半導體。我們嘗試將純元素依適當的化學計量比混合後經由微波加熱方式成長黃銅礦結構的硫鋁銅、硫銦銅及硒銦銅的多晶粉末。反應物在封好的石英管內進行十五分鐘的時間即可。生成物可由X光繞射、電子微探儀和拉曼光譜分析其晶相、成份。 從X光繞射圖中,我們發現經由微波加熱方式的生成物是單相化合物。冉由成分分析可發現其中銅、鋁、硫的莫耳比是銅:鋁:硫=0.9613:0.9986:2.0401。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In this research we are looking for suitable materials which may be used as nonlinear optical crystals for infrared applications, and several chalcopyrite semiconductors have been taken into account. Polycrystalline samples of the chalcopyrites CuAIS2, CulnS2 and CulnSe2 were prepared from stoichiometric mixtures of the pure elements by microwave irradiation. The reactions were performed in sealed quartz tubes in as few as 15 minutes. The products were analyzed by x-ray diffraction, EPMA and raman spectra. Thin film were grown by pulsed laser evaporation CuAIS2 powder. From our XRD analysis,the products formed by microwave irradiation were single phase. The consituent analysis shows that the molar ratio of the products was as follows. Cu:AI:S=0.9613:0.9986:2.0401. | en_US |
