dc.description.abstract本論文旨在介紹一新型之特殊測距系統。此系統配備有光學系統、交指對偶型位置感測元件、及信號處理電路,藉光學三角測距法達到分段測距之目的。該位置感測元件為過去本實驗室所創,具有許多傳統位置感測元件 (Postion Sensitive Device, PSD) 所不及之優點。信號處理電路是根據此位置感測元件工作原理而設計,含光電流讀取及訊號運算比較電路。電路的製作包含 SPICE 模擬、電路板製作、IC 佈局及送廠製作。為進一步證明電路功能,我們亦架設光學系統,以紅外線為光源進行量測。實驗結果證明該電路確能有效讀取光電流並達成分段測距的目的。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractA special rangefinding system basing upon the triangular ranging principle has been constructed. It equips with an optical system, an interdigital position sensitive device, and a signal processing circuit. The interdigital position sensitive device was created by our laboratory before. It has many advantages that other position sensitive devices don't have. The signal processing circuit was designed according to the working theory of the interdigital position sensitive device. Steps of designing of the IC included SPICE simulation, IC layout and fabrication. Besides, to prove the function of the designed circuit, we setup the optical system and achieved the measurement by infrared light. The result of our measurement shows that the circuit can effectively readout the optical signals and find out the range to be measured.en_US
