dc.description.abstract | 本研究的目的是要以有限元素法建立一分析模式,以用來分析旋 壓成型之殘留應力問題。 在這里我們用有限單元軟體ABAQUS/Explicit來作分析工具。我們 選擇滾輪進給速度、轉動速度、心轉速及摩擦係數等作為分析時之參 數,藉由有限元系法模擬有效率的將各製程參數對旋壓旋成型管壁殘 留應力之影程度求出,以便驗證旋壓產品之強度等性質。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this research is to build a finite element analysis module for tube spinning. The distribution of residual stresses from this module is the main concern. The finite element code ─ ABAQUS/Explicit was used as a numerical tool. The feed speed of roller, rotating speed of foller, rotating speed of mandrel, and the coefficient of friction were chosen as parameters during the process of analysis. The relations between manufacturing paramerers and the spinning tubes were obtained by the finite-element analysis module. The analysis results were then used to verify the strength properties of spinning products. | en_US |
