摘要: | 本文利用平板元素配合多層理論來模擬殼結構的力學行為,針對
南結構的幾何關係來發展相對應的有限單元切割方法,其結果與有
限元素分析軟體MSC/NASTRAN 68和簡單材料力學及實驗值作一個比較
來探討其收斂性與適用性,複合材料殼構件的破壞強度將以適當的破
壞準則來預測。
本實驗部份,我們以石墨織維╱環氧樹脂(Grapite/Epoxy Q1115)
來製作各種不同疊層與織維角度之殼結構,利用液壓實驗充壓到圓柱
型與球型殼結構的內部,以求得殼結構之首層破壞壓力值與靜態應力
應變關係等性質,此外,利用INSTRAN拉伸試驗機對球型殼結構的頂點
進行頂壓實驗,求得集中載重之首層破壞力量值,來驗證理論的準確
性。 In this paper, we use multi-layered laminated composite plate element to simulate the mechanical behavior of shell structures. Results are compared with those obtained by the finite element code MSC/NASTRAN68 and the membrane theory of shells. Failure strength of the laminated composite shells is determinated on the basis of an appropriate failure criterion. Different types of composite shells composed of different number of layers and fiber angles are made. Liquid pressure and point load tests of the shells are performed to obtain the first-ply failure strengths of the shells. The experimental results are used to verify the accurancy of the proposed method. |
