dc.description.abstract本篇研究的目的是探討高溫超導粉體╱金屬固體複合包芯材在擠製加工過程中,各 加工參數對擠製成品的影響。研究中選定的擠製參數包括了芯材初始密度、擠製比、芯 材直徑、半模角、被覆材、潤滑劑、以及擠製速度。針對這些參數,我們設計了一系列 的擠製實驗和其他相關的材料試驗。在過程中,我們先進行初步的實驗以了解各加工參 數在擠製時的重要性,再針對其結果設計進一步的實驗,以得到更明確且詳細的結果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of forming parameters on the products made by the process of extrusion on high-Tc superconducting powder╱metallic solid composite clad rods. Several working parameters, such as density of core, extrusion ratio, semi-die angle, lubricant, materials of sleeve, diameter of core and extruding velocity, were selected in the designed extrusion tests and other relevant tests. We first conduct preliminary experiment to justify the significance of each working parameter in extrusion. According to this result, we then design further complete experiments for obtaining more detailed results.en_US
