dc.description.abstract | 本論文是酚醛樹脂(Resole)與環氧樹脂(Epoxy) 依不同比例摻混。然後以NaOH做為 Resole的交聯劑,以4,4,-diaminodiphenylmethane做為Epoxy 的交聯劑,進行共 交聯(Cocure)反應。FT-IR 測官能基吸收峰的位移,來判斷分子間存在的交互作用 ,由動態DSC 測試交聯反應的放熱峰,以TGA 測試熱穩定性,以RDS 測其動態黏彈 性,以黏度計測其交聯黏度變化,用Instron 及Impact tester 測試抗張強度及抗 衝擊性能,做動力學的探討則利用FT-IR 測其官能基的變化。 實驗結果發現Resole/Epoxy分子間有作用力的存在,及良好的相溶性,並發現有共 交聯的現象。此摻混系統的機械性質,較各別成份有相當的提昇。由熱氧老化的研 究得知,Resole可以有效的提昇環氧樹脂的熱安定性。 | zh_TW |
