dc.description.abstractIn this dissertaion, we propose dynamic resource allocation algorithmsexercised at both base station and mobile switch center. We develop an analytic model to investigate the performance of this algorithms. Simulationexperiments are conducted to validate the analytic model. We define satisfactionindication SI to measure the performance of the resource allocation schemes.SI indicates the customer's satisfaction about the call connection, it canalso be used by service provider as a charge indication.zh_TW
