以軟體流程技術支援ISO認證之研究

Abstract

ISO-9000系列標準已成了全世界工業界認定的國際品質系統標準。獲得 ISO-9000標準認證，除了可以提高一組織競爭能力與商機之獲得外，重要 的是讓一組織建立正規的流程定義，以提供一套基礎的品質系統，使組織 能持續改善其流程，進而改善組織內部之作業效率，增進生產力，與降低 成本。目前，並沒有一套完整的應用軟體（software package）可以用來 設計，建立，或維護ISO-9000的品質系統。在本篇文章中我們提出一套利 用流程技術（process technology）的方法（approach），稱為PROP-ISO (PROcess suPporting ISO-9000 certification)，來輔助軟體組織獲得 ISO-9000的認證。PROP-ISO可以用來建立一品質系統（quality system） 讓軟體發展與維護能符合ISO-9000標準的需求。PROP-ISO提供一套可再用 流程與文件的架構（framework）與一套超流程（meta-process）來指引 與強制管理人員逐步地建立一品質系統。在整個品質系統的制定過程，適 當的給於（1）指導綱要提供輔助說明、（2）流程樣版讓流程設計師修改 再利用、（3）文件樣板配合文件產生器產生ISO 9000中所需求的文件。 ISO 9000 standards have been accepted worldwide as quality managementsystem (QMS) requirements for product conformity assessment in the global marketplace. Certified compliance with ISO 9000 standards, anorganization can not only increase its business opportunity but also improve its quality system. However, few software packages (tools or environments) allow designing, creating, and maintaining an ISO 9000quality system, although several software packages are now available to help automate some aspects of quality system, such as Document management system. This thesis presents an approach PROP-ISO (PROcess suPporting ISO-9000 certification), a process-based technology to aid ISO-9000 certification. The approach can help an organization create a QMS for product development and maintenance to conform with the requirement of ISO 9000 standards. The approach provides a framework of reusable templates for processes and documents and a ISO-meta-process to guide and enforce a manager stepwise to design a QMS.
