dc.description.abstract有鑑於資訊科技應用的普及與高速網路技術的提升,利用電腦來傳遞 、存取及處理資訊,已是日常生活中的必然趨勢。為了使資訊的應用能夠 發揮最大的效益,就必須要有一套的資料庫管理系統。允許多個使用者同 時使用同一個資料庫是資料庫管理系統的主要功能,因此多工協同控制設 計的好壞影響資料庫管理系統的執行效率。本研究的目的是在CTSS/PA (一個物件導向儲存管理系統) 上設計與實作一個多工協同控制的模組。 在論文中,首先探討一些多工協同控制的理論與方法,然後根據我們的系 統架構,設計與實作一個適合的協同控制模組與策略。在最後,我們利用 一個修改過的OO7測量基準來分析與討論我們所設計的系統的執行效率。 As the promotion of information technology and high speed network,applications of computer are rapidly gaining increasing popularity in people life. A database system is provided in terms of applying data effectively. Allowing many users that accessing the database concurrently is a main function of a DBMS. The design of concurrency control effectsthe performance of the DBMS very much. This study is aimed at designing and implementing concurrency control on CTSS/PA (An object- oriented storage manager). First, we surveys some concurrency control algorithm. Then, according to our system environments,we design and implement a suitable concurrency control module and some concurrency control policies. Last, applying a modified OO7 Benchmark, we provide a performance analysis on our previously implemented system.zh_TW
