dc.description.abstract一種高維度的自脈動雷射二極體在頻變下顯示出週期,不穩定及渾沌之行為。在渾沌區,可觀察兩種不同的渾沌變化之平面軌線:單一螺線結構及不對稱雙軸結構。另外,從光子的能量光譜中意示出明確的連續成分以及展現了在雷射二極體的渾沌震動。這方法提供了一種對可能的數位渾沌傳訊上簡易的渾沌光源。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractA high-dimensional self-pulsating laser diode under direction modulation exhibits periodic, unstable, and chaotic behaviors. In chaotic region, two distinct chaotic phase-plane trajectory can be observed: single spiral structure and asymmetry double-scroll structure. In addition, the power spectra of the photon density shows a broad continuous component and indicates chaotic vibrations in the laser diode. This approach offers a simple chaotic light source for possible digital chaotic communication.en_US
